Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026. How refunds work for Growth plan payments.
What this policy covers
This policy covers payments made to IndiaUnbox for a Growth plan upgrade, processed via Razorpay. It does not cover payments for goods between a buyer and a supplier — those are arranged directly between the two parties and any dispute over them should be raised with the counterparty first (see our Terms of Service).
One-time payment, not a subscription
Growth plan upgrades are a single one-time payment, not a recurring subscription — you're never auto-billed again after upgrading, so there's no "cancel my subscription" step. Enterprise plans are billed under terms agreed directly with our team, and refunds for those follow whatever's written into that agreement.
Requesting a refund
If you upgraded to Growth and want a refund, email support@indiaunbox.com with your payment ID (shown on the invoice available from Settings → Billing History) within 7 days of the charge. We review requests case by case — a straightforward "I upgraded by mistake" or a technical issue with the upgrade is generally approved; a request made well after you've made substantial use of Growth-only features (unlimited supplier contacts, priority inquiry delivery) is less likely to be.
If your payment succeeded but the plan didn't activate, that's on us to fix — email us with the payment ID and we'll sort it out, refund or otherwise, right away.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer — that timing is set by the payment network, not by us.
GST verification
GST verification is free on every plan, including Free and Starter, so there's nothing to refund there — it was never a paid feature to begin with.
