Getting Started

Every supplier account starts the same way: create a profile, submit your GST details, and wait for verification. Most suppliers are live within one business day.

• Business name and GSTIN
• Primary category and sub-categories
• At least one product to list

GST Verification

We cross-check your GSTIN against government records before issuing the Verified Supplier badge. This badge is the single biggest factor in whether buyers choose to contact you first.

Creating Listings

Good listings have clear titles, at least 3 photos, and specific pricing tiers. Listings with complete specifications receive on average 2.4x more inquiries than incomplete ones.

• Use descriptive titles buyers would search for
• Include minimum order quantity (MOQ) upfront
• Add HS codes where applicable to speed up customs questions

Pricing & MOQs

You can list tiered pricing based on order volume. Buyers filter by MOQ, so setting a realistic minimum — not just your ideal minimum — meaningfully increases visibility.

Managing Leads

New leads appear in your Supplier Dashboard's Lead Inbox, tagged by intent (hot, warm, new). Suppliers who reply to hot leads within 24 hours see significantly higher conversion to actual orders.

Shipping & Documentation

IndiaUnbox doesn't handle logistics directly — you'll coordinate shipping terms with buyers individually. Most suppliers quote FOB or CIF depending on the buyer's freight forwarder relationship.

Reviews & Response Score

Your Response Score is calculated from how quickly and consistently you reply to buyer inquiries. It's visible on your public profile and factors into search ranking.

Plans & Upgrades
